Be on the Lookout for Updates

In Spring 2024, you will see improvements to your experience in managing your federal student loans. Beginning March 11, 2024, we will release updates to the look and feel of our website and you will then need to visit us at our new web address, Edfinancial.StudentAid.gov. Additionally, our emails will now come from .gov email addresses. 

All accounts have now been moved to the new platform. You should have received an email or paper letter notification from Edfinancial, and you can now create your new online account at Edfinancial.com/MyAccount. You will need your social security number and will be asked to confirm demographic information that we have on file for you. Once you log in you will be able to view your new account number under your “Profile” tab.

With the new student loan servicing system, there is a new online borrower portal. You will need your social security number and will be asked to change your password. Once you log in you will be able to view your new account number. This change will allow us to provide you with an even better customer experience.
